Ground Rail Welding Robot Workstation
Each set of ground track welding workstation includes: arc welding robot, ground track walking mechanism, welding power supply, welding gun and water cooling system, vision system, intelligent welding system (standard configuration). Welding inside a large bridge chord is tight, hot and slow work for any welder. So we sent in two robots instead.
✅ Dual-robot sync: both robots start and stop the arc at the same moment, so heat stays balanced and the part distorts less.
✅ Auto obstacle avoidance: the robots plan their own path around the stiffeners and keep welding in spaces where a person can barely fit.
The result: steady, repeatable seams inside the chord, and no welder crawling through a steel box all day.

Soldar dentro de un cordón de puente es un trabajo estrecho, caluroso y lento para cualquier soldador. Por eso mandamos dos robots.
✅ Robots sincronizados: los dos robots encienden y apagan el arco al mismo tiempo, así el calor se reparte por igual y la pieza se deforma menos.
✅ Evita obstáculos: los robots calculan su propia trayectoria alrededor de los rigidizadores y siguen soldando donde una persona apenas cabe.
El resultado: cordones de soldadura uniformes y repetibles dentro de la pieza, y ningún soldador metido en una caja de acero todo el día.
