In September 2020, my 30-watt fiber laser marker once had a problem, and the laser didn’t shine, after I reported the problem to the factory, their after-sales staff linked to my team viewer within five minutes and remotely controlled my computer, which was detected to be laser damaged, they reissued the new laser to me through DHL within a week. It is indeed a conscientious enterprise.
Outstanding customer service and the communication with the shop is superb. I will be returning for additional services. They will go the exact mile for you.

Robots can build them but ill.still be replacing wear bars, hard facing, patching holes in the field at least until Ai robots do that too
I've been doing this for 15 years, or rather I work as a welding robot operator. We use Yaskawa robots, but the principle is the same. Good machines, good welds. A lot depends on the preliminary assembly and processing. We do huge projects.
Impressive work you got some smart guys working with you
The robot is only as good as the person who set it up. Coordinated motion works very well. Anyone who thinks they can out weld a robot needs to see what they are capable of when someone who kniws what they are doing programs it. You are not better, you may have more experience with a torch than the guy who setup the one you saw fail is all.
I like the multi-axis work holding. The simplifies robot training and improves outcomes.
So the robot can only weld in the flat? Lol
Ive seen how robots weld yes they are ok but the biggest problem from my experience was it cant take into account any variations on cutting size, imperfect joins and so on. Its programmed to weld in a specific spot for a specific amount of time then you have to do a Quality check and even grind out the rubbish weld and do it yourself defeats the purpose and the cost!...
Haha then when the welds crack real welders get hired to fix them which don’t fall apart keep us employed 🤘

Is this why none of the China auction bucket never fit?
It’s funny-I had a job some years ago where the bulk of the work (75 percent) was simply doing re-work of what the robotic welder would mess up. I honestly couldn’t understand the rationale of having it in the shop, easier to make truck parts and components properly the first time by hand vs. Fixing cold lap and holes created by the robot because it doesn’t understand how to join thick to thin properly like humans do 🤷♂️
Now have the robot tack everything together from the parts cart 😁

Yep we had one at my factory for about 7 years welding snowplows had two robotic arms. Needless to say it got sold for alot less then they paid for it new. And I am pretty sure it never got the return they stuck into it.
What sucks about that is when it messes up you have to grind and fix it.
