Small holes. Strong connections.
Ever heard of **plug welding**? This technique joins overlapping metal pieces by welding through a pre-cut hole in the top sheet, fusing it to the metal underneath.
You’ll find it in sheet metal fabrication, automotive repairs, and metalwork—especially where spot welding isn’t practical.
A quality plug weld takes more than filling a hole. Clean surfaces, proper settings, and good fusion with the lower sheet make all the difference.
Looking neat is a bonus. A reliable connection is what counts.
