The UV laser makes the keyboard unbeatable, despite the fading of characters on the keyboard!

What do you use your computer for, email, copy editing, or gaming? Whether you are a hard-working worker, a game-loving student, or a keyboard-man in the comments section, the keyboard is by definition one of the most frequently used computer devices.

If the computer is a person, then the CPU is the computer’s brain, the monitor can be the face, the keyboard and mouse is the mouth and hand to communicate and convey information. From 1714 to the early 20th century, the keyboard was used for typing on typewriters. By the middle of the 20th century, the keyboard had a new role to play as the basic input device for computers, and the application brought the keyboard into a new era of applications.

The traditional keypad printing technology is mainly ink printing, which is widely used in the 20th century because of its low technical requirements. But today, with the increasing use of keyboards, this traditional printing technology has a very fatal flaw. That is, the patterns printed on keyboards are particularly prone to wear and fade, even sometimes when you use the keyboard too long, your hands will leave black marks.

As early as five years ago, Apple, Lenovo, Huawei, and other domestic and foreign manufacturers have used laser marking technology to mark the keyboard characters, product results and market feedback are excellent. Laser marking can make the text pattern printing finer, imaging more smooth, there is no surface bump or mark content is not wear-resistant problems.

Here’s a keystroke video of the UV laser

The UV Laser has an obvious advantage in keyboard marking, whether it is ABS, PBT, or plastic materials such as HIPS, the series of UV lasers can easily handle. Some of its advantages are as follows:

1, marking quality is very high, can be ultra-fine marking, beautiful patterns, wear-resistant;

  1. No thermal effect and no mechanical damage to the material
    3, the suitable material is widespread, the mainstream keyboard manufacture material, even the metal, the glass, the ceramics, the polymer all may mark easily;
    Stable performance, high efficiency, and environmental protection;
    5, compared to the same type of products, small size, exquisite design;
    6, all-digital intelligent power control, simple operation, the start-up cost is low.

Small size”,”± 0.01 mm high precision”,” high power stability” and” high cost-effective” are the core advantages of the S9 ultraviolet laser. The S-9 ultraviolet laser is not only compact but also has a more stable cavity structure and more expansibility than similar products. With the same cavity, different power lasers can be produced, and the stability of different power sections can be greatly improved.

Pulsed UV Solid State Laser S9 series, laser wavelength 354.7 nm, wide repetition frequency coverage (single pulse to 200 kHz), can be better absorbed by materials, and less destructive to materials, and it has excellent beam quality M2 < 1.2), which is strictly guaranteed in all frequency range. Pulse width < 20ns@30k, the heat-affected area is very small.

S9 UV laser is the best solution for keyboard laser marking!

Stove down weld wouldn't pass caterpillar inspection. Vertical up is the only way you get good penitration 🤫

Solid wire with no apparent pre- heat on 1.5 inch thick material. That will pass exactly 0 inspections

In all honesty I have been in the fabrication and welding game for 30 years and this is the slowest way the weld this job . Better of welding in the 1G welding position rather than 3 G position

No robot can ever replace a good welder .what few knows is every welder is like a finger print .no weld is ever the same .

I’ve been in the fabrication and welding game for over 30 years and I feel confident that I am fully proficient in all duties that I do. Robots and laser welding just numb my senses. Only men and women can fully fabricate and weld to the full potential of what is required. Robotic welding and laser welding should be stopped immediately.

Downhill on that thickness? 🙈🙈

Robots will replace welderers its matter of time people will only doing prep work

These machines are OK but who writes the programme. Who switches it on. Who puts the work in position. Who sorts out wire feed problems. Who grinds out when the weld is full of porosity. If there is only machine welding you need a very expensive machine minder, and you can't sack the machine when it can only do ten percent of the job.

This is to bad only a real welder can make a great sound not that one

Nothing wrong with the robot, the programmer however………

Still needs a person to operate it. Where is it's PPE Equipment? Is it 2nd class or does it have a trade certificate ?Does it have a name ? Is it paying off a mortgage, renting, and most of all, supporting a family?

Every welder: "Oh the uphill cup is not deep enough for 7681 penetration over roll yadda yadda. Missed on over link by lap concentration stamina grooves. Would never pass my X-ray examination inspection".. Meanwhile, the weld lasts for like 150 years..and does exactly what it was designed to do.

REAL welders do it hands on manually with their own two hands. The only people who support this crap are 1. the ones that are too lazy to do it themselves hands on, 2. The ones who don’t actually have the skill set that it takes to do it themselves hands on. Using this crap makes you an “operator pushing buttons”, not a welder.

Should be ground to bare metal wherever the Gussets sits downhill welding on mill scale is not good

We had a old fitter machinists try out at our shop lasted 2 days, doing a heap of 400 pipe 10mm wall hole casings for one of the drill rigs. Couldn't get the continuous weld around both sides of the gusset.. kept telling me the boss needs to by a robot to do this 😂😂 bro that would render us useless 😒

It's funny how a business can spend so much time and hundreds of thousands of dollars but can't give a good worker and a good boilie a pay rise

How much does the robot get paid hourly? Does it have an adequate benefits package? Does it's employer provide maintenance and repairs?

I think it's welding downhill instead of up how it should be…. And 1G is always the preferred position.

Wayne Mackenzie yes correct but for the purpose of this job welding in the flat position would definitely be effective and have enough penetration and be far quicker to weld as time is critical in a fabrication shop these days meaning more profit can be made from the job 😀

Good luck with that.

Still have to have someone watching setting up changing wire and gas still not the answer yet on large structures setup time is a big issue

Admit it the way of the future from an old 75 yrs welding for an old man and Welding Engineer, Fellow of Weld Institute,Aust, ordered a robot for my TAFE Shops 50 yrs ago yes.

How to operate this machine?

That sound ain’t got nothing to do with the robot. It has to do with the way the Welder on top of the robot is set. Looks like trash from here.

Tell that robot to clamp its ground better!
