The Main Beam Special-Purpose Machine streamlines welding with a one-click online connection. Users import the model, select weld seams, record key points, and generate the point table. After manually setting the P point and confirming the model, inner contour scanning and correction are performed. Once verified, the system initiates seamless one-click welding for efficient, accurate results.
1. One-Click Online Connection
2. Import the model and select the weld seams to be welded
3. Record the start and end points, then generate the point table
4. Manually set the P point, then confirm the model position
5. Perform inner contour correction and scanning
6. Confirm whether there are any issues with the inner contour scanning
7. Start one-click welding.
