Liquid electrostatic coating

Robotic Electrostatic Spray Painting Workstation

Repeatable spray motion.
An integrated liquid-coating package.

Bring robotic motion and coating equipment together for repetitive liquid-paint applications. Configure the robot, spray gun and paint-supply system around your workpieces and production layout.

Proposed robot: 12 kg payload · 1,304 mm reach.
Final tooling, protection classification and integration scope are confirmed for your application.

Build a repeatable coating process

Start with your part and coating requirements, then define the complete spray package.

01

Repeat validated paths

Reuse agreed robot motion for recurring part geometries. Develop gun orientation, working distance and spray timing around the surfaces to be coated.

02

Coordinate the equipment

Plan the robot, gun, liquid-delivery system, regulators and hoses together, with a clearly defined scope of supply.

03

Match the liquid coating

Select electrostatic spray equipment to suit the paint, primer and solvent used in your process.

04

Configure the installation

Review part presentation, floor space and line interfaces before selecting the operating arrangement.

Questions before choosing a spray workstation

Is this for liquid paint or powder?

This proposal is for electrostatic liquid spray painting. Share your paint, primer and solvent information so the spray and supply equipment can be selected for your process.

Is the robot suitable for an explosion-protected installation?

The project requires an explosion-protected robot. The required installation classification and the selected equipment documentation must be confirmed before the final configuration is agreed. A protective cover alone does not establish a protection rating.

Can it spray parts moving on a conveyor?

Conveyor following is subject to application review. Provide line speed, hanger pitch, part presentation and available control interfaces so the operating arrangement can be defined.

What production rate and finish can I expect?

Performance depends on part geometry, coating stages, line conditions and acceptance criteria. Agree the target film thickness, coverage, finish and throughput, then validate the process on representative parts.

What is included with the workstation?

The proposal includes the robot and application-matched spray equipment. The final quotation defines tanks, delivery components, controls and hoses, together with responsibilities for the booth, extraction, fixtures, utilities and curing.
